My Erasmus in Porto was a fantastic period. I visited beautiful places, made friendships, pushed boundaries and got to know myself in a different way. Getting in touch with Portuguese culture was very pleasing. Meeting other Erasmus students with a different culture than myself was something I personally really enjoyed. Professionally, I have created new insights, learned practical skills and had a good refresher of previously seen theory. In addition, I learned to take a critical look at the standard procedures in health care in my own country. It was an eyeopener!
It was the most amazing experience. I learned a lot, It was very enriching both personally and academically. I lived other realities totally different from my home country and I had the opportunity to deal with my area of study in other country with much more advanced technologies and that uses different approaches to the problems. Everyone helped me a lot with everything I needed, couldn't ask for better.
Taking part in the erasmus programme helped me a lot to improve very important skills. I learned to be more independent and gained personal growth during my study abroad. I also improved my English skills and met a lot of new people from all over the world. Living in Zandvoort during my time here was a very good decision. The university is only 7 minutes away by train. I would definitely recommend future students to stay in Zandvoort, since there are many accommodation possibilities. The Erasmus programme was a very good opportunity for me to experience living in a foreign country for 3 months. I had a great time here and I would recommend every student to take this chance and make the best out of it.
Excellent, really lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Met people I will remember for along time and made loads of memories and travel with them. Got an insight to other cultures as well as the host country and learned a lot of personal and social skills. Happy I said yes to almost every event, worthwhile!
